A REQUEST FROM THE BA ARCHIVES & MUSEUM - Keith Hayward, the Honourary Consultant Archivist for the BA Archives (and himself a former BSAA employee), is compiling a record of BSAA movements in and out of Heathrow for the period 1946 to 1949. This includes all BSAA flights, whether they be scheduled, training or even simply repositioning flights. He is recording the details of the aircraft, crew, dates and times. In fact all the information which would normally be shown in a crew log book. If anyone still has a copy of an ex-BSAA crewmember's log book for that period, Keith would be delighted to hear from you.
